Weekly or biweekly?
There is no universal answer. Spring growth, rainfall, lawn type, shade, and how tidy you want the property to stay can all affect the best schedule. Weekly service usually produces the cleanest result during fast growth. Biweekly service may work well for some properties and budgets.
Why quotes vary
A small flat lawn with open access is not the same job as a small lawn on a severe incline with tight gates and lots of trimming. I price the actual property so the quote reflects the real work.
