Cleanup work is highly property-specific
Some yards need two hours and a trailer load. Others need a full day, repeated passes, heavy trimming, hand work, bagging, or disposal. Photos and a property address are the best starting point.
Cleanup work may include
- Overgrown grass and vegetation reduction
- Leaf and loose yard-debris cleanup
- Weeding and bed cleanup
- Trimming around fences, structures, and obstacles
- Bagging or haul-away when specifically included in the quote
What I do not promise
I do not automatically treat a cleanup as full-service landscaping, tree removal, or landscape installation. The scope is written clearly so both of us know what is included.
